Stiles Rougeou
Stiles Rougeou started Stiles Advisors in 2015 after having worked for Rick Fuller for 17 years. As president of Stiles Advisors, he consults with clients on many issues, including taxes and accounting.
Stiles is a self-described “Recovering Commercial Banker,” having spent 20 years as lender. He has a wide range of experience in financial analysis, forensic accounting, business taxation, personal taxation and business valuation and has been qualified as an expert witness.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Association of Accountants. In October 2018, Stiles presented “Is that a new code section in your pocket…” The New Tax Law and its Impact on Forensics and Valuation at the Tennessee Society of CPA’s Southern Forensic & Valuation Services Conference.
Stiles holds a B.A. in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Rhodes College. He is also a graduate of the Southeastern School of Commercial Lending at Vanderbilt University.
Is his free time, Stiles enjoys being a full-time dad to his two girls. He is active in the Memphis Rotary Club, volunteers for various non-profits and is head cook of Memphis in May World Championship BBQ Rib Team, Born in the Que-S-A.

Duncan Harwood
A licensed CPA with more than 14 years of experience as a senior accountant and operations manager, Duncan Harwood joined Stiles Advisors as an affiliate broker in 2017.
In his role, Duncan performs financial statement reviews and compilations for business clients as well as handles payroll preparation and payroll tax reporting and federal and state tax reporting for a variety of C Corps, S Corps, Partnerships and Non-profits.
Beginning in 1997, Duncan worked for Southeastern Asset Management, Inc. for 15 years as a senior accountant and operations manager. Immediately prior to Stiles Advisors, Duncan worked for John Green & Company Realtors as an affiliate broker for five years.
Duncan holds a BBA in Marketing and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Memphis.
Stephanie Glomski
As office manager for Stiles Advisors, Stephanie Glomski handles everything from bookkeeping to administration. She joined the firm in 2018 after spending the majority of her career on the client side of the book.
Stephanie enjoys making each client’s experience as personal as possible. Using her background on the client side of the business, she is able to better see things from clients’ perspectives and offer a unique vantage point. Hard-working, tenacious and a planner by nature, she describes herself as having “grace and grit.”
An avid basketball fan, she enjoys cheering for the Memphis Grizzlies and the University of Memphis Tigers. She holds a B.S. in nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
